PCD Blank
PCD Blank is made in the environment with high temperature and the ultrahigh pressure, made of Diamond PCD and Tungsten Carbide with bonding agent.
PCD Blanks consists of PCD layer solid sintered at ultrahigh pressure and high temperature to a cemented tungsten carbide backing. The standard PCD Blanks is round, also could be cut into Triangle, square, rectangle, sectors and others as drawing.
Features: High hardness, Good thermal conductivity, Excellent oxidation resistance.
