2. Processing material: carbon fiber composite material, honeycomb material

3. Carbon fiber composite material - PCD combined tool for drilling, reaming, and countersinking

Two structures: sintered PCD drill-reaming compound tool and inserted PCD- drill-reaming compound tool. The sintered PCD drill-reaming and the countersinking composite tool have more excellent effects and advantages in the processing of laminated materials.

Processing material: T700 composite material

Processing material: T700 composite material

5. Carbon Fiber Composites - Diamond Coated Milling Cutter

In roughing and finishing for carbon fiber composites (CFRP) and glass fiber composites (GFRP), the left and right helical edges effectively suppress delamination and burrs and are used for plunging and side milling of carbon fiber materials.

Processing material: T700 composite material.

Advantages: The coated diamond makes the tool light and fast; the processing material has no burr, and the smoothness is high; the requirements for the machine are general.

6. Carbon fiber composite material - PCD Countersink drill

90°/100°/120°/130° etc countersinking angles in EN/AS are supplied.

Processing material: T700 composite material.

Advantages: high durability of PCD cutting edge; good retention of surface roughness index; high thread accuracy, quick replacement of drill; wear resistance of base is better than the imported one.
