PCD tools for Carbon fibre composite material

Introduction：

For carbon fibre composites, Halnn offers both PCD tools and diamond coated tools for turning, milling and drilling. PCD tools are polycrystalline diamond tools, which are made of artificial diamond micropowder sintered under high temperature and high pressure, and are not easy to break when encountered with shock or vibration.

Diamond coated tools are made by spraying diamond powder on the surface of cemented carbide rods, the new coating process makes it combine more closely with the substrate and has good abrasion resistance, meanwhile, the special spiral design improves the chip removal ability of the tools and makes the machining smoother.
